The award-winning boardwalk is home to amazing hotels, fabulous restaurants, and attractions befitting a world-class seaside resort. The Boardwalk itself is open 24/7. The businesses along the boardwalk have individual schedules on when they are open.

Check with your favorite businesses to see when you can visit. Along the boardwalk in Ocean City, you’ll find Trimpers Amusements, Thrashers Fries, Jolly Roger Amusements, Fisher’s Popcorn, Dolle’s Candyland, Kohr Bros. Frozen Custard, Dumser’s Ice Cream, Candy Kitchen, Dandy Don’s Bike Rentals, and Ocean City’s only Boardwalk brewery, just to name a few.

The Ocean City Boardwalk is three miles long and perfect for a morning bike ride or an evening stroll. Whether during the off-season or at the height of summer there’s always something going on along the boardwalk.

Great family atmosphere. Everything is very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of security patrols and mounted police around to maintainjng a steady presence.

Multiple public restrooms available with attendants in house.
It goes without saying that food and drinks run on the pricier side.

The boardwalk itself is plenty wide enough to accommodate throngs of people. Definitely a unique experience that should be a part of any Ocean City visit.

I love the nostalgic mid-Atlantic vibe of the Boardwalk. We walked it just about daily during our week long stay in OCMD. We stayed at the Grand Hotel between 21st & 23rd Streets and only wish there were some things a bit closer (Kohr's Bros. Custard I'm looking at you!). That said, we enjoyed being separated from the busyness but still on the Boards.

Don’t believe the bs. Still a good time, just consider timing your visits and walks. Peak hours it’s busy. We experienced no issues but were inside by 10pm. Our hotel is boardwalk front and we didn’t hear or see anything bad. Always a fun time. Only drawbacks are it’s extremely expensive, and can get a little crowded on the lower streets.
